The property is very quiet inside. There is street noise because of the location, but they provide sound machines. It is pet friendly. The TVs offer several services and we enjoyed movies on a cold morning.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes. The only challenge was the quality of cooking pots and pans. The available pans caused food to stick. The owner is very responsive.

Great location. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very clean with all necessary amenities for an enjoying stay. The arcade game provided hours of entertainment for both kids and adults. The vault in the basement is a must see.

Convenient to UNL and the Haymarket

1 mile walk to UNL and few blocks to Haymarket. Place was clean and comfortable. Owners hsve thought of everything including sound machines, pack n play, a video game machine and the Keurig coffee maker. Will stay again!

Great location for downtown Lincoln stay!

We were looking for a central location for the Haymarket and Memorial Stadium and found it here! I was initially worried about parking but used the parking garage one block east of the property. The property itself was very clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and I slept thru the night! Perfect for what we needed!! Will stay again!

Nice stay to be near haymarket

We had a comfortable stay here and loved to location for restaurants. Once we understood the parking, it was easy enough but description could have been more clear on that. While our place was well maintained, the building maintenance could be better. Also, if we stayed again, we would not bring our dog as there didn’t appear to be a comfortable place to walk her near the property. We only had a couple minor issues with the unit that were quickly addressed. Bed was very comfortable.

Central location, historic building

We enjoyed being downtown and close to campus and how easy it was to get in and out of the property. The beds were good, and there was plenty of space. We appreciated having the filtered water pitcher, Keurig cups, and the noise machines. Parking was a bit of an inconvenience, and we had some issues getting the thermostat and the arcade game (joy stick) to work properly.
