Welcome to the Buena Vida condominium, managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This condominium is located near the beautiful coasts of the Riviera Maya, the Nick Price golf course, and the Grand Coral development.



This condominium has been decorated with beautiful finishes so that you can enjoy its luxury and comfort. You will be able to appreciate the view from the terrace, the living room, the main bedroom, and the guest room.



The rent in Marea Azul includes close access to the Nick Price golf course, beautiful gardens, gym, spa, steam room, tennis courts, and a 930 square meter pool. Just 5 minutes by car north of Playa del Carmen, you will find this golf course with sea views, points of interest, and amenities of Playa del Carmen.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.

Great vacations close to Playa del Carmen

Great flat with lots of space and a huge balcony. Well equipped. Enormous pool and direct access to a nice beach. Staff were very friendly. I really liked the flat and enjoyed my stay. You will need a car, as the location is 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen.

Beautiful week

The property is absolutely gorgeous. A huge pool, great restaurants and a large sandy beach. The condo was clean and very well maintained. We are marking this property as a favorite to return to again.

10 days at luxury condo with ocean view!

We spent 10 days at the luxury condo with ocean view at Mareazul - Buena vida in Playa del Carmen and everything was exactly as shown in the photos and description. Simply top! Furthermore, the concierge, Mr. Carlos Zarza, was very pleasant, available, and responded quickly to all our requests (also for advice on toursrestaurants). Fantastic condo!

Six of us (family and friends) highly recommend this condo. Super clean, great location, quiet, plenty of space. The washer and dryer was a plus. We would rent again!

Great holiday!

3 couples enjoyed the large condo where pictures don't do it justice. The pool is the largest we have ever seen and so clean. The grounds are spectacular and nobody seems to be there. The beach and ocean were so beautiful and only about 15 people ever there. We walked for miles. Loved the privacy. A quick cab ride or half hour walk to town where there are tons of restaurants and Mega grocery store has everything you need. The Mexican people are so friendly, and we all felt very safe. Mathew was very helpful when needed and we hope to take a holiday there again!

Perfect stay!

The description and pictures of this condo were true and as described. This was a perfect size to accomadate adults. We appreciated each of the tree bedrooms were large with private ensuites. The kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances and a good assortment of dishes. The complex is quiet, clean and beautifully maintained. The beach has lovely white sand and we enjoyed walking for miles. The only thing is the location is the North side of Playa. If you want to venture into the heart of Playa for action, restaurants and groceries, you'll need to take a taxi for 160 pesos each way. All Taxi drivers were professional and the cars were clean and well maintained. The best cab driver was a young woman Veronica who we called frequently to tour us around. Phone 984-176-8058. Tell her the 4 people from Canada recommended her. Our stay here checked all our boxes.

Condo...beautiful, well equipped, large deck Looking towards the beautiful grounds with a view of the ocean. Would have been nice to have 6 comfy deck chairs instead of 4 with stools. Disappointed that there was no snack bar at the pool as mentioned in the description. IF spending lots of time on 5th avenue this would be abit far out. Though a simple cab ride it can be costly. Pools and ocean are wonderful.

My wife surprised me with a 50th birthday present - a trip to Playa. The condo was great - we were 3 couples and loved the complex. We played golf in the mornings and relaxed on the beach in the afternoon. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect vacation

My family of six stayed at this unit in January and had a fantastic time. The room was spacious, well maintained and modern and the beach and pool areas were fantastic. The photos don't do it justice. The concierge service that managed the property (Deborah) was very responsive and helpful. Keep in mind that this is a relatively quiet place and it may not offer the same kind of experience as a full-featured all-inclusive resort but it was perfect for our family and the downtown area is only 10 minutes away.

Wonderful!

The apartment was fantastic, beautiful decoration and nice views from all the room, the pool was amazing and immense, and it was warm! the sea was nice too and the beach had beautiful silky sand. When we arrived classical music was playing and a basket full of goods awaited us, a really nice touch. During our whole stay we only saw like 15 people in the whole complex, so we had lots of privacy.

Great Stay

Better than advertised. This is a fantastic property and the community and it's facilities are immaculate. We had a perfect vacation and enjoyed every second. The view of the beach and the pool are second to none, and we loved how close it is to Playa. We will be back.
