Our waterfront townhome has been remodeled to provide every convenience with luxury comforts. Park your boat right outside, enjoy a swim, paddle or kayak, or relax with friends and family on the back patio or upper deck. Just minutes from the yacht club, marina, tennis facilities and fitness center.

Guest Access:
Park two vehicles in the driveway for direct access to the home. Additional parking is available on the street or in the townhome parking areas.

Our back yard is our own lot, however we are not fenced from neighbors. People may walk across the lawn near the water, and you will not have complete privacy when outside.

The bulkhead directly in front of our townhome is ours, and you may park your boat there.

Other Things to Note:
On occasion, groups of neighbors will gather on the lawn. This can continue quite late, and they sometimes get a bit loud. Sound machines are provided for our guests in each bedroom.
