We love this home and actually stayed here last year too. It is ,by comparison, a great value for beachfront access. Decorated beautifully, and located in a prime spot to walk to grocery, nightclub, ice cream, restaurants, and breathtaking private beach. The only complaint I had was the outdoor light fixture did not work. It was reported to representative, but not repaired. Would have been lovely to sit outside late. I plan to reserve this same unit next year. It has my heart. Wonderful memories were made 2 years in a row there. Thank you for hosting.

This was an awesome location. So nice to step in the front door and see the beach through the back sliding doors. It was great to just step into the sand! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets and the beautiful weather. We will be back!

The view to the Gulf was amazing. Walking off the deck to the beach. We have seen Turtles hatch, dolphins swimming, stingrays close to shore and the manatees swim right next to swimmer without leaving in the car. We're also close to everything we need being within walking distance. Grocery, drugstore etc. Being able to do our laundry to take all clean clothes home. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals nice place settings. Would love to see a slow cooker added. Love having dinner ready when come of the beach. But we bring our own. All these things and more is what keeps my husband and I coming back to this location.

Amazing! Location is awsome. Can walk to most anywhere you need to go. Parking in the front of the townhouse is great, right off of Front Beach Rd. Walk out onto the large deck and down the steps right onto the sand of the gulf! This part of the beach is not crowded at all. This place is perfect!

We came in for Thunder on the Beach and got our own seats to the air show. Had air go out and they had someone out there within the hour. Very communicative and loved the condo! Will be back

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, but rundown. Needs a new paint job, cleaned carpets, updated bathtubs and showers, etc. If you are travelling by air and don't want to haul your baking supplies (pans, cookie sheets, spray oil, foil, ziploc bags, tongs, large serve ware, serving bowls, etc.), you better plan on eating out!! When they say bare necessities, they mean it!

This unit is the perfect beach vacay spot! Clean space and bright, pretty decor. THE VIEW of the Gulf couldn't be better, from both levels. Well stocked kitchen to prepare anything. Nice appliances. Grocery right across the street, so handy! If I had a suggestion, it would be to have some type of outside lock on the beachfront doors. It is a bit unnerving to spend time on the beach with the home unlocked.Bottom line, I would love to vacation in this very unit again! My college age kids and I had a wonderful stay!!

Great getaway!

Great location right on the beach! Group of High School friends who have been going to the beach since the ’70’s and have gradually moved away from the high rise, high activity areas and love the west end of the beach. I do wish there was a beach service that could set up here but that’s an issue with city ordinance rather than the condo. If I have a critique, would be nice to have an umbrella on the table on the deck....loved having morning coffee and conversation!
