1BR with King, 1 pull out couch, 15' from the edge of the shore, this cozy cottage is convenient, peaceful with outstanding views. Legendary fishing, great swimming(starts in May), boating, paddling on quiet large lake. Come relax, listen to the haunting call of the loons, see eagles, herons, hummingbirds and relax in full day dappled sun. Serene beauty. Large bedroom with King size bed, sliding glass doors let you wake up to the sunrise and watch the sunsets at night. If you need a separate bed, the new couch is a full pull out couch. The wifi is excellent; bring your Fire stick or Roku for TV if you can take your eyes off the view through the living room sliders. Well appointed Kitchen has full size appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, griddle. AC, fans, electric heat. Your own gas Grill; campfire, kayaks, SUP, dock shared between 2 camps. End of April- mid October when owner is not using. Not the place for bachelor parties nor loud groups but guests that enjoy the beauty of nature. Water is lake drawn so first 4 gallons of drinkable water is supplied. Bring your own or get at major grocery store 5 mins away.
If you can be bare to leave the lake, it's a great location to explore Maine. Hip, historic, coastal Belfast is 35 mins away, 45-50 mins to picturesque Camden Harbor, or explore restaurants, galleries, museums in Rockland, Rockport. Big box stores 15 mins away in Augusta, Waterville, 1 hour from Portland, 1.5 to Acadia, 3 hours to Boston or Worcester. Please let owner know # in your group. Perfect for 2-3 people, 4 possible.
