Plan your perfect family vacation in our amazing oceanfront beach condo, Waters Edge 514. This amazing beach rental offers sleeping for six in a one-bedroom floorplan, perfect for a family with children or teens. The Full Kitchen is equipped with the latest in stainless appliances...dishes, silverware, and cookware are included. A full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and standard oven make your week at the beach feel like home. We provide both k-cup and standard coffee makers for that perfect start to every day.

Waters Edge Resort offers guests a getaway experience with spacious tropical grounds, sea dunes, grill area, two pools (one heated October thru March), and ample covered parking. Beach access at Waters Edge Resort is user-friendly with minimal stairs and rinse area. The beaches of Okaloosa Island are as pure white as beaches get. The sugary soft sand is found nowhere else in North America, attracting visitors from all areas of the world. Wade in the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This stretch of beach is part of Florida's Emerald Coast, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola.

Very Clean in all areas. Staff was second to none on the care of facility. My unit was perfect!! Please know staying at this location if you will pay $15 per day the Beach attendants will put you on front row. The equipment there to rent is also very fair. I highly recommend this unit. I will look forward to going back again!

The TV in the family room has issues. You should be able to use one remote and hit power to watch basic tv. Your tech person came by and temporarily corrected the problem, but when you turn tv off, it defaults to using both remotes. If you don’t know which button to use on both remotes, the tv doesn’t work. Needs to be fixed.

This was our 6th stay at Water’s Edge Resort and the first time with this company and in this unit. Here are all the things that they do right: The unit was clean and resembled the pictures. All the appliances and lights worked. Unit was stocked with plenty of towels, dish soap, and laundry pods. The views are perfect. They also offer a smart tv in the living room. And personal lights in the bunks which our kids liked. The kitchen was well stocked.Here are some things in their control that they can work on: The doorstop has a loose screw and doesn’t work. There is no chain on the door. There is very little storage space. They could use an actual dresser in the master. They have a tv cabinet in there now, but it’s not very deep and offered limited space. They also have space for another tall dresser in the master where the stand up fan is. The shower could use a caddy for more space for your toiletries. There is not a single hook on any of the doors or anywhere in the unit. We use those so much for bathing suits and towels and our bathrobes. More hangers would be great since storage space is so limited. Two outlets in the kitchen didn’t work, but that wasn’t a huge deal and the host responded quickly to it. There is also no full length mirror anywhere in the unit. Most of the dishes are top shelf only or hand wash only. It’s a great unit, with some small additions, it will be one of the best there. Beware of the internet though. Cox had an outage almost the entire time.
