This property was exactly what we'd hoped for. Well situated for ease of exploration, well stocked kitchen for home meal prep, and easy access parking, as we brought our car. The unit is very quiet and relaxing, older but not dated.

Fantastic!!
Awesome location! We could walk to downtown, enjoy the nightlife and walk back within minutes. The beds were comfy and the view was great! Deidre was wonderful to deal with. I can't wait to stay again.

We loved our stay here!
Our stay here couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo was very clean and comfortable, with many helpful items provided to enjoy our stay. Right next to the Delta hotel which was nice for a drink or a meal, and access to the Harbour ferries. Most importantly, excellent communication at all times with the property management, so responsive and kind. We’ll definitely be back!
Location was great. Within walking distance to the water and downtown.
Birds make a horrible racket at 5 am every morning.

Just what we needed
You have...great location..walkway on water right there. Close to grocery store and 3 min to down town.
Deck with view. Love that master has tv in bedroom.
With 2full bathrooms and shower. Kitchen set up is great. Thrilled with our stay.

This property is a well maintained property just a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown Victoria. The benefit of staying here was the view of the city and inner harbor. There is also a lovely walkway along the water by the apartment and it's very quiet and peaceful in the evening. Apartment is well maintained and questions or queries were answered promptly. Close to a great restaurant and bakery but other dining will be a walk into the downtown Victoria.

property and unit are beautiful - clean and well equipped - describes as harbor view but very limited view - directions to unit were difficult to understand and need upgrading - (street to turn on in directions is blocked off for years) - signage of unit and parking garage could very useful in finding correct place, Property manager was contacted twice for help to get key and locate unit - very prompt and helpful to get us into unit

Great location, 5 star accomodations
Our family including our two girls 5 and 8 and my parents, stayed for 3 nights. Deidre made reserving the place quick and easy and answered questions via email in a very timely manner. The place was very clean, very quiet and decorated simple yet sophisticated. The Delta Hotel is next door so my husband and I enjoy a short date without having to leave the area. But the best thing that happened was when we realized the Final Four was not shown on the television package they had. We called Deidre and she immediately accommodated our request and we got to watch the game. We will for sure stay here again when in Victoria.

What you see is what you get!
This property was exactly as advertised. Clean,large and comfortable. Easy walk to main part of Victoria. Do not let the fact that the apartment is over the bridge stop you,from renting this apartment. Great walk-10 minutes to main part of town . Two things I would recommend
1. It is a pain in the butt to,have to, turn the key back to the lock box. Just let folks leave it at the apartment
2. It takes an engineer to work the TVs. Must be an easier way.
All things considered do not hesitate to rent this very fine property.

Dear Tom, you are spot on with your comments! With the new bridge it is a 7 min walk from this unit to Market Square. We now offer a Meet & Greet so if you prefer this option for keys please opt for this one next time. We have also changed TV providers so using the remote is easier.

Loved the condo…the check-in utilizing a drop box was very convenient. Super close to the Delta Hotel so we were able to have some lovely meals. We liked that one could take a power walk or stroll along the harbor. Even better was the ability to take the water taxi and avoid driving! Will happily stay there again.
This property was great for a ladies getaway. Easy walk to everything. Nice location. The condo itself had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. They do need to add to their supply of hand towels and washcloths though. Otherwise it was great!
Stepping outside the building on to the Galloping Goose Trail for walking or cycling, having the Harbour view from your deck (& also from the master bedroom), being a few minutes to the harbour side walking trails, plus being a short walk away from city centre without the urban noise, all make for quite a perfect location to enjoy the Victoria harbour area. Having secure underground parking included was a definite plus as well.
This is one terrific place to spend time :
