Like new, fully furnished, private, detached, over garage apartment with stainless steel appliances, full-size fridge/freezer, walk-in closet, and granite counter tops. Laminate or tile floors throughout and stacking washer/dryer. The spacious, light filled bedroom has a king sized bed,and the open living area has a queen pull out sofa. One off-street dedicated parking pad. All utilities, and internet included. It is conveniently located close to everything Mount Pleasant and Charleston have to offer as well as close proximity to some of the beautiful beaches of the lowcountry. Pets are negotiable. No use of yard or outdoor space.
