About this property

Incredible panoramic view of Pacific Ocean step right off to the sand. Walk that lead directly to the Seal Beach Downtown Boutique Shops and Eateries. Beautiful sunset with flocks of sea birds right in front of you... walk to the Seal Beach Pier and you can fish right off the rail. A marble floor in master bedroom. Automatic curtain through out the unit that opens up with ocean view for the master bedroom as well. Open sliding door and walk directly to the sand.

European Kitchen Cabinet from Dada with high end Miele appliance which included a combo steam convection oven and the induction pressure cook top high chair island that connect openly to the family room electric fire place and open view to the white sand Pacific Ocean. On the hallway there is hidden Miele wine cooler, master bedroom with shower and tub with tub sprout that drains from the ceiling. This unit has a laundry room too.

A friendly reminder No Loud Noise after 9:00pm in respect to our neighbors esp. downstairs. The walls are thin and can easily hear every footsteps.

Don't throw anything into the toilet including the toilet paper. We got an old pipe, it easily gets clogged everything will all go to the bottom unit.
