No need to drive anywhere, local shops and restaurants located just a few blocks away. Seal Beach is a quite beach bedroom community located between Huntington Beach and Long Beach. Centrally located just a 45 min drive in any direction you can visit such local landmarks and events such as; Disneyland, Knots Berry Farm, DTLA, DTLB, fishing, boating or just laying on the beach.
House is apx 1200 sq ft located in a quite residential area adjacent to a large greenbelt park. Equipped with all appliances including washer and drier. Living room is equipped with 60' LCD TV, all cable channels, dvd, surround sound and a cozy living room. Additional items such as boogie boards and surfing equip can be rented at local shops.

I have lived in Seal Beach for many years and have yet to find a town like this. When I come home from vacation I feel as though I'm traveling to another destination. Its a blue collar town with t shirts and flip flops being the standard attire here. I enjoy sharing this experience with other people who come and visit.
Why they chose this property
This property was a second home build in 1942 for people vacationing in the summer time. I purchased the property from the original owner and have lived here for the last ten years.
