Fully furnished- 4 bedrooms, 2 separate living areas, 2 full bathrooms. This unit is part of a duplex located in a quiet area. 10 minutes to Virginia Tech.

On the first floor, there is a living room, kitchen, a bedroom with two twin over full bunk beds, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full bathroom, and a side door to the deck.

Downstairs, there is another living area, 2 more bedrooms (both have one queen sized bed), a full bathroom, laundry area, and a door to the backyard.

There is seating and a grill on the deck, and a gravel driveway for guests to use.

There is a smart lock on the front door and guests have access to the whole unit (this is part of a duplex), the left side driveway, deck, and shared backyard.

We also offer monthly discounts. Please message us for special rates.

Note: There is an exterior ring camera on the property.

This was our first Christmas without our grandfather and our first not staying at our grandmas house. This location did not disappoint as a substitute for a great place to stay with my sisters and cousin. I would recommend this as a stay to anyone, I look forward to staying again next winter.

Great property and location

Property was as described in the listing. Perfect size and location for our group. Very convenient to VA Tech. Beds were comfortable and pre made for arrival. Host was very prompt with replies to our questions. Will definitely consider this property for return visits to VA Tech

Family Hub for Graduation

We stayed here over the VT graduation. It was so great to have family all together, and everyone had their own rooms. The house is actually even a bit nicer than the pics, it's in a quiet neighborhood, and it was very clean when we got there. Don't let the foosball table and VT banner scare you - it wasn't a college "crash pad" like I anticipated!
