The Royal Waikiki Condominium, is nestled in the heart of Waikiki, Hawaii's number one vacation destination. Units are just a few minutes walking distance to numerous restaurants that range from casual to fine dining, shops, nightlife and the world famous Waikiki Beach. An ideal stay for families with a smoke-free environment and a fully equipped kitchen. Or perfect for any business traveler with self check-in, complimentary WIFI, and daily amenities that make your experience hassle free.
Our condos are posted on other sites which have reviews on them, as we are new to VRBO. If you have time, please share your experience of staying with us. We would be grateful for the review.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Guest can cancel free of charge until 28 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 28 days of arrival.

In the Heart of Waikiki

Overall wonderful experience. Central to everything, all areas walkable.Place was nice, a bit dated but fine. Manager responded within 15 minutes to a few concerns we brought up (minor). Parking on site was great. Would stay again.

Basic living near Waikiki Beach

This place had all the necessary amenities of your own home. Clean and organized and all the appliances down to the forks and knifes. Nothing fancy and view of the pool and other skyscrapers. I think if you try hard enough you can see the beach. Near the major streets, so the expensive tourist shopping is close by.

Free Parking was a plus. Room indicated cable TV was included but never worked. Maintenance was supposed to see why it was not working but was not able to fix. Lucky we had own streaming ability and didn't have much time in room so only minor inconvenience. Host was responsive to inquiries. Close to lots of activities. Drive in and out was good. Bed was comfortable as was couch for short time in room.
