There are a total of 5 smart TV's throughout the living areas and bedrooms so you can log into your favorite streaming platforms. We also include free high speed internet.

Note there are 3 cameras on the property which is 2.5 acres in total. No cameras can view inside the home. 1 is on the exterior of the home pointing outward to the property and 1 is on a small building facing the parking area and entrance to the home/game room. The 3rd is a ring doorbell at the entrance.

Also note that there are 3 miles of dirt road (drivable by any vehicle) before arriving at our oasis. This home is in the desert and along with the desert comes wildlife. It is not uncommon to see javelina, coyotes, rabbits, toads or scorpions (outside). Keep your furry friends close by, we do not have a fully enclosed fenced yard.
