Location was great, and host communicated VERY efficiently when I brought a few things to their attention. Accommodations were adequate, but needs some freshening up.
Enjoyed the place immensely. Perfect location for what we were doing. We held a dinner get together and had to clean all the dishes and cookware from previous guest(s).
Check-in/getting in was easy. Place was clean and neighborhood quiet. I appreciated the communications checking in on us and the cafe recomendation. Honeycomb was great btw.Thanks.

Visit with son at Belmont Abbey College
The communication and check in process with the property manager was fine. Upon arrival, we noticed a very strong stale odor in the home. It appeared to have not been cleaned properly. There was food on the carpet in the living room. A couple of the appliances that they advertised did not work. The place in general did not seem very clean or well kept.
