Clean comfortable 3 bedroom home in quiet safe, family friendly neighborhood. House sits directly across from fresh water pond with Private Beach access to PINECREST BEACH for swimming, fishing & kayaking. You can use our bikes on property to ride around our beautiful Pond.. 1 mile to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and ferry in beautiful downtown Falmouth. 2 miles to town beaches makes it perfect to reduce the traffic. Our home has all the amenities & then some, included are sheets & towels, also paper products. Central Air Conditioning, Free Cable & WIFI, 3 TV's & DVDs , printer & fax. Laundry Room. We include all beach accessories, umbrellas, coolers and fishing poles. Also Porto Crib & High chair.
Large Game Room downstairs with plenty of games & accessories for kids to escape. Child Cam so you can feel safe when children are playing. Large yard with outdoor games included, picnic table & patio furniture with propane grill. I've set my property up with All the comforts of a 5 star hotel, just bring your bathing suit & come enjoy our home. You won't be disappointed...

A perfect launching point

The property was very clean when we arrived, perhaps the cleanest rental we've ever had. Sheryl was there to give us a tour upon arrival and was always available via text if we had any questions. The property was spacious and the gameroom in the basement was a bonus. I worked from the property and had no issues with the Wifi. We also really enjoyed being in such a walkable neighborhood, I was able to walk around the pond in the morning before work on a few occasions. It was a perfect place for our stay.

Great home for a family holiday

We had a great time at the house! It was plenty of space for our family of 5. The kids loved all the games in the basement and the nearby pinecrest beach was perfect! Everything we needed was provided for and everything was very well maintained. Highly recommend.

Great property in a beautiful tranquil location

Spotless property, amazing facilities, Sheryl couldn't have been more helpful. A car is needed to access the beaches but you can walk around the lake in the area.

The house is super well taken care of. It is spotless clean and has eveything we needed for our week stay! Very comfortable, neighbour below is very nice. Great neighborhood, close to downtown Falmouth. Kids loved the play room! Sheryl was very nice in giving advice and directions the first day and checked on us mid week to see how we were doing. Overall great stay!!!

We had a great week at this house. The house is clean and cozy. Decorated very nicely. Lots of Room and great location. Quiet neighborhood. Couldn't find the lake though. She has everything you need including beach chairs, and bath towels and sheets for the beds. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Cheryl

Older house but VERY clean and VERY home-y.

Sheryl has everything you could need. We stayed in and cooked a few nights to save money and she even had a food processor! YAY! It was definitely a home away from home. We will stay here again if we are ever back in Falmouth! The pond is also very clean and spring fed. Close to ferry and downtown! Such a great location!!!

The Lower side unit is completely seperate from the Main Home.. It has its own entrance and driveway and is completely isolated from the main home.& yard.

Great vacation place!

We had a wonderful time while staying at Sheryl's house. My granddaughter loved it so much she wanted to stay there forever. The inside of the house was very clean, all the linens were in new condition and matched. This place wasn't just a summer rental, it was a HOME! It is a five minute drive to Falmouth Heights, Falmouth Heights Beach and lots of restaurants. The pond was nice and clean. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Wonderful time

Our stay here in falmouth was the best vacation we have had in many years. Sheryl made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, she also made sure the house was very clean. The pond by the house is a really nice place to spend the day and relax and swim. Every where we wanted to go was close. I would recommend this house and the part of the cape to everyone I know. Great experience

Clean comfortable with All the extras

I will never rent a hotel again after staying on this property, it was amazingly comfortable and clean, the owner Sheryl thought of everything. As the ad stated we only needed our clothes and food. The home had many amenities and then some. Sheryl was there at check in to greet us and help us with anything we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, We were right across from the water. They had bikes on the property which we use to go to the bike trails in Falmouth. was amazing. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

My father built this home for our family summer home. I've been in this area my whole life. I've kept the property so my children could enjoy the same fun summers I was fortunate enough to. The property is spacious and comfortable, immaculately clean. The neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet. The home is well kept.

What makes this property unique

The benefits of the property are: comes with a Private Beach where you can swim, fish & kayak. They also have a guard on duty. My home is directly across the street from Jenkins fresh water Pond. Peacefully serene, you can walk or bike around the pond. The neighborhood is wonderful. I also provide every amenity and then some, you only need your clothes & food, the home has everything else.
