Stunning 4-bedroom Private Fresh Water Beach Front

Sunny, spacious 4-bedroom Cape with your own private fresh water beach. Jenkins Pond is one of the cleanest spring fed ponds on Cape Cod! Enjoy kayaking, swimming and fishing outside your back door. This gem of a house has a front-to-back family room with a 50" TV and puzzle/card table for lots of family fun. The first floor is full of sunshine with kitchen windows and a french door overlooking the pond. The multi level back deck is perfect for grilling or having your morning coffee.

You get the best of both worlds with ocean salt water beaches a few minutes away and the fresh water pond in your back yard. Take a left and you're in Mashpee Commons, take a right and you're in quaint downtown Falmouth Village. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket is a few minutes down the road. Your vacation can be a relaxing day at your back yard beach, or jam packed with visiting the Mashpee Children's Museum, Wood's Hole Oceanographic Institute or the Falmouth Bike Trail. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please bring all used sheets and towels to laundry area
Please shut of all fans and air conditioners. In the winter months, please turn all thermostats to 55.
If you used the outdoor grill, please make sure the grease trap is emptied and the grill is clean for the next guest
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outside quiet period is from 10:00pm - 8:00am
No political signs or signage of any kind are allowed to hang anywhere on the property
