Perfect location! 20 minutes from Zion! Very cozy and clean and well stocked house with beautiful views of the Pine Valley Mountain. Close to maintain trails and mountain biking. Also a great if you plan on going to Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon’s north rim.

Great house

This is a great house, 30 min from Zion NP! Upon arrival, the house was super clean and A/C was pumping! We felt very comfortable here and the communication with the owner was flawless. This is a big house with 4 King Size beds in 4 separate rooms. This was really great for our family as everyone had plenty of privacy. If you’re traveling to this area, I highly recommend this house! Plus, Grocery store is a 2 minute drive. 5 star listing!

Meeting in the Middle!

My daughter and family drove down from Salt Lake, we drove up from Pinetop AZ and met about halfway. My two grandaughters ages 11 and 13 had a blast, so much for kids to do! We spent one day exploring Zion and another day at Sands reservoir kayaking, jet skiing and swimming. Too short, but the house was beautiful, great location and try the Stagecoach Grill for dinner! Would definitely go back!

Zion Family Trip

Fantastic house. Nice & cool when we arrived. Easy access to grocery store. It was a quick drive to Zion. Everyone was able to take a shower one after another without running out of hot water. Overall a great place to stay!

Accommodating home for large family

Nice home with king beds in all rooms. Location and layout of home worked well for our family. There were some minor issues during our stay. Towel bar in master bedroom was broken and holes in glass window in master bedroom. I messaged owner about both and got no response. Check in is 5pm and check out is 10am with a long list of things you need to do before checking out. Most other vrbo in area are 4pm and 11am so not your norm at this rental. Would have liked luggage racks in bedrooms so luggage didn't have to sit on floor. Also no one cleans the games in garage and they were very dusty/dirty. There are no chairs on the balcony which would have been nice to sit and look at the stars. Other than these minor issues we had a good time and the home was clean and welcoming.

Really nice home. Great location.

This was a very nice property. We went to Brice Canyon, Zion, Snow Canyon and Cedar Breaks. The location was good with a decent grocery store near by. The house was clean and well maintained. We were there with our adult children and it was nice to have all the king beds.

Easy and Clean

Check in was simple and the property was enjoyable. Nice views from the back deck. Quick drives to restaurants and stores. Close enough to Zion National Park. The master bedroom at the back of the house did not have a screen on the window which might be a safety hazard for kids. I'd recommend this property to others.

Great family home

This home is a home away from home. Everything you need is here. From the beginning, Derrick was understanding, accommodating and communication was great! We were a family of 7 with ages 11-75 and all had a wonderful time; dogs too! We definitely want to come back and stay here!

Wonderful Home Near Zion

We just loved our stay here! The house was just perfect our our family of 4 and our friends' family of 4. Plenty of space, and fun things for the kids to do. It was a perfect location close to Zion National Park. I'd definitely stay here again!

The size of this home is great. We stayed here with 4 couples. 2 levels with living areas on both floors was very convenient. The king size beds were a rare experiece, it is extremely hard to find a rental with all King size beds. The arcade/game set up was also fun!

Excellent place to get to many local attractions

This home was a great place for use to stay in one place and enjoy day-trips to the usual area attractions (Zion, Bryce, etc). House was clean. Enjoyed the thoughtful extra touches - pack-n-play in master bedroom, light switches were identified with labels, etc. Derrick was easy to get ahold of before and during our stay. Part of the surrounding neighborhood isn't as nice as this property (thus the 4-star rating) but we didn't have any issues during our stay.

This is a really nice house with lots of space, games in the garage for kids, comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, and a short drive away from Zion. We had a great time here and thought it was a great value.

Perfect place for us!

Easy checkin and checkout process! Roomy comfortable house with super comfortable beds! Cool Games in the garage for the kids and a PacMan machine downstairs, which now has a new high-score LOL. This is in a really nice location being close to Hurricane and a Maverick just around the corner. We are already talking about booking this place for next year.

Fun big house

Had a blast. Nice view from the balcony. Kids loved the games. I would likely stay again but was slightly annoyed by all the rules we had to follow upon checkout.

Sorry it's just the basic check out rules that is standard for airbnb. We have a short turn around window to clean a whole house and it's become even more intense with Covid. Glad you had a blast and loved the house! :)
