This home is a great choice for getting away from the city life! It is located 4 miles from downtown Ocean Shores. This house offers a large back yard with horseshoe pit, fire pit,  and propane BBQ. So come to Ocean Shores and relax in comfort!

The couch downstairs does not pull out- it "stacks" together like a big cube to become a bed
there is 4 rollaways and bedding for them.
3 TVs /  / DVD and stereo, Washer/Dryer, Large Deck and backyard with horseshoe pit, BBQ, Hot Tub.
No Smoking – Dogs are allowed. There is a $25.00 per night per pet plus tax.

There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee.. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of our properties.

Beautiful house, great location. Parts of damon point beach were open so we got to go explore. Made good use of the hot tub! There was a strong smell on the downstairs level but some room freshener helped with that.

House is as advertised. Watch out for the prickly things in the grass (common in ocean shores) and clean your shoes if you wear them in the house. Those prickly things hurt on bare feet and they stick to everything. The house had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. It could sleep a lot more if needed.

Was a great location, quiet. Only issue was upstairs bedroom smelled like wet dog, had to get Lysol spray to combat the smell. House was great overall and enough room for the six of us.

Its a nice house comfy beds the listing and the description of the smaller bedroom was confusing, said it had a bunkbed with a twin bed in same room but it was just the bunkbed but we made it work

Lovely Stay

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious enough for 10 people and three dogs. We were unaware that Damon Point was closed, which was a disappointment. We did find a nearby off leash beach which was enjoyed by all. Corks and Taps was within walking distance and had a nice outdoor patio. Great selection and service. I highly recommend this home.

Enjoyed our stay! Nicely close to beach, has a quiet towing/repair shop across the street, bunk bed definitely needs new mattresses, other beds were good. Hot tub was great. Microwave handle broke, and fridge should be replaced (loud motor), and larger would help

Nice stay

The outside may be a little deceiving. Nice and spacious on the inside. The finishings and appliances are a little outdated but very functional. It was nice there was a blender.A few suggestions: Would have been nice to have had an ironThe glass door entrance could use a curtain for privacyOther than that we enjoyed our stay. The view of the beach from the 2nd floor was great.

Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We loved the house and the fact that it's only 400 yards away from Damon Beach, which is the best agate beach in Washington State. Plenty of yard for the dogs to run around and the house had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Beds are mass comfortable, and the hot tub is large enough for 6 adults. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to play board games together. Thank you for the campfire ring and for providing the hotdog sticks.

Funky house near Damon Point

This house has two living areas, 4 bedrooms and only 2 baths. It’s bare bones: no oils, spices, the least expensive shampoo. I had hoped it was closer to the beach where we dig for razor clams but that’s about 3 miles away. It’s an okay house for a group if you’re not expecting luxury

Not fancy but big!

The house is big! 12 of us stayed for 4 nights and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds in the bedrooms are firm. We were pleasantly surprised to find they did provide 4 rollaway beds, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. The bulk of the rooms are downstairs with only one being upstairs. The beach near the house was closed which was a bummer but not their fault. We did purchase a broom and dustpan as there wasn’t one in the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed the house we rented at Damon Point. The location was perfect, and the beaches were beautiful. We especially loved spending time at Ocean Shores Beach.As for the house itself, I was a little disappointed that there were not enough blankets provided for the number of beds available. I would also recommend stocking the home with additional cleaning supplies. A few lawn chairs on the deck would have been a wonderful addition and would have made it even more enjoyable.We did experience a couple of issues with items not working properly, but after contacting the rental company, they responded immediately and addressed our concerns right away. We really appreciated their prompt and helpful customer service.
