About this property

Charming cottage with a fantastic view !!!

A cozy cottage located on Great Bay of Damariscotta Lake. The charming 1 bedroom retreat has a queen- size mattress and is the perfect getaway with a dock, 2 kayaks, and a canoe waiting to be used as well as a boat launch right on the property. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa and the kitchen is in the shared open space. There is WI-FI, a Roku TV, a Blu-Ray player and a heat pump unit which provides heating and air- conditioning. I provide all linens, towels, paper products and a complete kitchen with all utensils, ice and basic condiments. The lake is the largest in Lincoln County and is well known for great fishing, boating and swimming. Located in mid-coast Maine close to the towns of Damariscotta, Rockland and Boothbay. Sorry, no pets.

Another wonderful 2 weeks. Believe this was our 7th year in a row and perfect as always! Mark and Holly are the best. You would never know they are right next door. Cottage is always clean. Would highly recommend! Already looking forward to next year

Another great year at the cottage on the lake! This is our 10th year. Other than home, we've spent more nights here than anyplace else, which I think speaks volumes as to how much we enjoy it. The cottage is always clean, incredibly comfortable, and well-maintained. The Holly and Mark go above and beyond every single summer to make sure our stay is perfect. We are already looking forward to next year!

Great place to stay

Was very quiet beautiful place to stay lots to do at the cottage or a short ride away. i would definitely recommend this to a friend. Owner were a pleasure to deal with Hope to be back myself some day!

Cozy cottage on the lake!

Perfect little cottage for our stay in Maine. Holly and Mark made the entire process, from booking to departure, super easy! Lovely location on the lake — dock, fire pit, kayaks, canoe — we took advantage of all the amenities.cant wait to return!

I think the best part of our stay at the cottage was meeting Mark & Holly! They are such wonderful people and do such a great job making us feel welcome and are there for anything we needed. The place is just stunning! Highly recommend!!!

Great Lake Vacation

We had an outstanding week on the lake in this charming cottage, we very much enjoyed our time in the cottage and boating/fishing on the lake. Our Host were terrific and very helpful with launching and retrieving our boat. we hope to stay at this location again in the future.

It’s really hard to come up with anything new to write as we’ve been staying here for 7 years, but this was another perfect stay. We all love visiting with mark and holly and staying at the cottage and look forward to it each year.

Cozy cabin with great view of Damariscotta Lake.

Great location on lake with easy access to towns of Damariscotta, Waldoboro, Rockland and others. The cabin has all you need including a canoe and kayaks. The cabin is comfortable and the view of the lake is priceless. We will be back.

Lovely lake cottage

This is a small, but perfectly outfitted, cottage at the edge of Damariscotta Lake. The views are beautiful and the owners are very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. We especially loved hearing and seeing the loons. The furniture was comfortable and the grill worked great! We highly recommend this cottage.
