This was a horrible experience. The host would not communicate with us or VRBO supervisors. We were not provided check-in instructions and could not access the property. We attempted multiple times including through VRBO customer support and the owner would not respond. We had to book another property with zero notice! Find another property, don't deal with this owner! What an ordeal and it completely ruined an evening of our vacation.
