About this property

Oceanside condo, full kitchen, ocean view. Fully renovated 2023

Quiet studio, corner of the concrete building. Deck looks out to the ocean. Upgraded air conditioning. Elevator access to 2nd floor. Beach is a walk over the grass field. Sunny pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, BBQs. Kihei town is a 5 min drive away, plus so many more beaches. Studio is well set up with comfy queen bed and pull out couch for more family/child.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything for 4 guests to prepare meals as needed, including full oven/stove top.
Keypad entry, so no worry about keys. Coin laundry is just a few steps away. Near road so some traffic noise when deck door is open.
Ample and open parking near the unit.
Owner is quite involved in the community and if your stay includes time, we offer ideas in how to volunteer and be a part of the Aloha that is so activated after the fires. We respectfully stay away from the Westside that was affected, yet the rest of the island is in full glory, awaiting your visit!

Nice place to stay. Walk to beach, partial sea view from balcony and sea breeze. Welcoming atmosphere. Kitchen, balcony, and closet stuffed with needed - no need to worry about cooking or beach needs . Definitely recommend. Mahalo.

Margo was a great host, she was very responsive when it came to communication ( which I love ) when the WiFi didn’t work she was on it . Great view and so close to the beach! I enjoyed my stay . My only issue was that the A/C took a sec to kick it but it remained cool for the rest of my stay.

Great property right by the water and great host! The only thing that we were disappointed about was the shape and cleanliness level that the balcony furniture and beach supplies stored on the balcony was in. Needs a good wash to want to sit out there and use the things provided.

We were very satisfied. My wife and I stayed here two days while in town on business, but this is a perfect location for vacation too, with the beach on your doorstep and great coffee shops and restaurants nearby.If you're debating between staying in Kahului or Kihei, stay here in Kihei, absolutely. I thought Kahului was nothing special.

The room was very clean and check in was very smooth. The host kept in contact with my prior to check in and made contact information available multiple times. The apartment is in a great location and very cute! We got amazing sunset views and a short drive to the beach.

This condo had everything my husband and I needed for a good couple of days in Maui. Comfortable bed, option to cook, and the host even threw in things to help with a visit to Maui that would be hard to pack yourself like beach chairs and umbrella. No issues parking. Host was responsive. Central location. I'd recommend this condo.

The property has a view of the ocean and the balcony. This is a second floor unit that is actually more private because it's at the end of the building, with only one adjacent unit on the same floor. The pool and spa are great, and next to them are BBQs to use. With a three minute walk past the pool you're at the beach, which we watched grand sunsets.
