About this property

This is multi-level home with gorgeous ocean views. There is a private walkway to ocean and plenty of outside deck space. It is convenient to the Tybee Theater, restaurants and much more, but yet removed enough to provide more privacy and less traffic. It is situated on the north end of the island and short walk to Tybee Lighthouse and historic sites as well as the new marine science center.

This gorgeous, 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo is perfect for the whole family. Two master bedrooms with king beds and bathrooms ensuite make it a very comfortable stay. There is a hot tub on the balcony attached to the third floor master. Simply walk down the pier from the home and you are on the beach at Tybee.

There is garage space for two small cars and another two parking spaces outside. Please be aware that parking is tight on Tybee, so additional vehicles will have to pay for street parking.

Please note that there is a charge of $300 if excessive sand causes any damage to the tub. Kindly rinse off the sand downstair before getting into the tub.

Birthday Bash

The property is marketed with a hot tub but the hot tub was unusable, it wasn’t cleaned, there was sand in it. I took pictures and sent them to the management company, I was told someone would be out that day to correct the issue but no one came. Then I was told they would be there the next day so we changed our plans to stay close to the house but again no one showed. Otherwise the property was beautiful, the owner was kind so I hate to leave this review but the management company did not do what they said they would. I have asked for some type of refund to compensate me but they have now ghosted me and do not return emails.

Beautiful location

Beautiful views from the third and fourth floor master bedrooms. Nice private beach access. Lots of room in this unit to be together or you can separate due to the bedrooms being on different floors all with TV’s. Easy 20 minute drive to historic Savannah. We cooked some meals and there were adequate pans and utensils. Absolutely loved our stay, but the unit is a little tired with slightly worn carpet, walls could use a refresh and update on pots and pans. The very few minor issues we had (light in the laundry room did not work and grill was out of gas) were very quickly fixed with one email. Highly recommend this place..

First I can not recommend Sid was here enough, I have never had such a responsive, kind host House was gorgeous and perfect for our group. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to north beach World stay again in a heartbeat
