This gorgeous new build is right in the heart of Port A. The home is minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants and Port A night life. House and Beach are Golf Cart accessible. All 4 bedrooms have smart TV's, memory foam beds and comfy pillows. 3.5 Bathrooms stocked with soap, shampoo, hairdryer. To top things off you will have your own private cocktail pool, automatic ice maker, wine fridge, washer and dryer, 4 parking spots. What are you waiting for? Kitchen Empty fridge, load and start dishwasher. Put used towels on bathroom floor. Leave Beds Messy.
Take all Trash To dumpster at the end of the street. Kitchen and Bathrooms. Set Thermostat to 75 in Summer/68 Winter
If you used the BBQ please make sure it is clean for next guest, and grade Trap emptied.
