Peaceful Hideaway! New Listing

Relax and enjoy! Sit back and enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer. Enjoy the spacious layout and 8 acres of privacy. Close to trails and only 15 minutes to Higgins Lake North State Park. Plenty of onsite parking and a nature trail.

The home offers a large entry way. Heading down the hall you'll come to the full bathroom. One bedroom with a queen size bed is located on the first floor. Open floor plan allows you to cook for the family while enjoying each other's company. Upstairs there is a family room and second bedroom with 3 full beds. The walkout basement offers another family room with a tv and darts.

Spend your time outside enjoy the many activities this home has to offer. Take a quite hike down the private nature trail to Beaver Creek. Spend your evening taking in the star filled sky while you chill out in the hot tub or sit by the campfire while the kids play a mini game of putt putt.

Don't forget to bring your ATVs! A large sand bowl is located directly across the road. Nearby trails accessible nearby just down a few dirt roads. Hit the trails without the hassle of trailering your toys any further than the driveway.

The home is conveniently located near town and only a 15 minute drive to Higgins Lake North State Park.

Pets are considered on a stay by stay basis. An additional pet fee will be charged.

Perfect get away

If you are looking to getaway and be secluded and make some memories with your family this is definitely the place to go! Short drive to Higgins lake and close enough to town if you wanna order food. Definitely recommend and will be booking again.
