About this space
This lake front house at the Dragon (Lake Nacimiento in Paso Robles). Features 5 Bedrooms. 3 Have King Size Beds. Two have bunk beds. House sports a Dock walking distance from the house. No need to drive around to put boat in and out of the water daily. Oak Shores Association only allows eight adults and six children under the age of 12. If you don't have a boat we can have a wakeboard boat delivered at a daily rate. Also have an option of having the boat captained. Views with decks from every level. House features 3 air conditionings and heaters 1 for each level. Front guest form must be filled out within 24 hours prior to your arrival or a $300 fine will be added. If you are bringing a boat, it must also be paid 24 hours prior to your arrival, once the manager forwards the completed from to the front gate. Only adults, 6 children, 2 vehicles, 1 watercraft + 1 trailer allowed per HOA rules. Thank you for your understanding
