You’ll have the whole house to yourself…Enjoy the fireplace in the enormous front-to-back living room or main bedroom on a cold night or the nice breeze on the big, beautiful porch on a warm day. The outdoor fire pit is also a nice treat! You can walk to restaurants and shops or drive 15 minutes to lakes, hiking trails, wineries, antiquing or neighboring Litchfield towns.

Private historic home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Two fireplaces to enjoy on cooler days and a huge side porch where you will want to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Big private backyard with a fire pit/sitting area. You will also enjoy the bench under the tree for quiet reading and reflection.

Great National Register homr

This is a great older home, on the National Register of Historic Homes. The owner is very responsive to our needs and keeps the place well maintained. The only reservation would be the stairs. They can be an issue for the disabled.
