Exquisitely designed fiull air conditioned flat offering 4 full en-suite bedrooms with new showers. One including a special rainfall for romantic couples.

Very quiet, equipped with isolating double glass.

The place also has a private patio and security camera outside the property.

Can’t beat the amazing location in Central. So much within walking distance. The property itself is very comfortable. Each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom was key for our group. Kitchen was very usable, which was needed for a home cooked Christmas Eve dinner. Hosts were responsive to any questions.Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great week in Madrid at this fantastic apartment. The host, Eyal, was absolutely incredible. Superb communication prior to and during our stay. He quickly helped with anything we needed. The apartment is perfectly situated. It is close to plenty of restaurants and Metro stops. The apartment is well laid out and well decorated. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean. The beds and bedding were very comfy. I would not hesitate to book this apartment when in Madrid!

Exceptional clean and quiet luxury apartment! Everything was as described and more. Check in is a breeze, no apps to download or keys to keep track of. The owners took pride in designing this property and were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They surprised us with goodies and cava and wonderful restaurant recommendations. This is the nicest apartment we’ve rented in Europe. It’s very luxurious, with high-end finishes, bathrooms, etc. We are picky about having quiet, dark bedrooms and we were not disappointed! The location is great - steps to restaurants, coffee, shopping, or the metro. Communication was wonderful and check in was a breeze. We also appreciated the booklet with instructions for everything. We absolutely recommend this and would definitely stay here again.

Easy stay in Madrid

The property was accurate to its listing, and had sufficient space for our group of 7. The air conditioning worked well, the apartment was comfortable and we had no issues during our stay. The three sets of keys were very convenient and communication with the property management was prompt and easy. The fact that it is located on the first floor also made it easy for our younger children. The location made it very accessible to many places in the heart of Madrid.

We stayed at this charming flat for our first couple of nights in Madrid, as part of a larger tour of Spain. It was an ideal re-introduction to this beautiful city: spacious, elegant, well-equipped and very centrally located. The apartment itself was perfect for a group, with four spacious bedrooms—each having its own en-suite bathroom—and a stylish central gathering area for the daily wind-down. The apartment was easily walkable to all of the attractions in the city center—Plaza Mayor (and the Christmas market!), the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, Mercado San Miguel, the tapas bars on Cava Baja, and shopping on the Gran Vía. In spite of its proximity, the apartment was tucked away on a small street away from the chaos, and was quiet in the evenings. The host was communicative and helpful. Note: check-in and check-out times are rigid—no surprise given that this place is always booked—just something to bear in mind for anyone planning to linger in this beautiful flat. We would love to stay here again!
