Amazing Desert Getaway!

NEWLY RENOVATED MISSION HILLS COUNTRY CLUB HOME RIGHT ON THE 4TH TEE BOX!

Come, relax and enjoy our comfortable and contemporary condominium home at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage.

Our newly renovated home is located right on the 4th tee box of the Westin Mission Hills Pete Dye golf course, home of the Women's PGA Kraft Nabisco Championship. Featuring a spacious floor plan with high ceilings, a large patio for outdoor relaxing and BBQing/dining, and amazing south-facing sunsets, and 24/7 gate-guarded, it’s the perfect getaway. So relax by our patio fire pit with a glass of wine and enjoy our panoramic view of the Coachella Valley mountain sunsets!

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and two separate walk-in closets, large Samsung smart TV and sound bar, and a large bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with two shower heads to unwind in. Guest bedroom one features a king-size bed and its own ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet. The 2nd guest bedroom has a king-size bed and sits right next to a bathroom that includes a walk-in shower as well. 

Each bedroom features a Samsung smart TV, as does the family room. The home has wireless internet and Spectrum cable including HBO and other cable channels. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, oven, pots and pans, coffee-maker, blender, and everything else you need for entertaining. There is an in-home washer and dryer set for your needs, a detached 3-car garage that includes a Tesla charging outlet, and convenient parking spaces for guests. There are two e-bikes and a golf cart in the garage for your use to tour the grounds, plus lots of shopping, dining and entertainment just minutes away by car.

If you’re looking for some recreation, there is plenty to do at the Mission Hills Country Club or nearby, including golf, pickleball, tennis, e-bike rides, walks, yoga classes, walking trails and lots more. There are two pools and spas a short walk away, and we have several board games and corn hole for your use as well. And, you can always finish the day off with a meal and live music by taking a short walk, bike ride or golf cart ride to the Westin Mission Hills Resort next door.

Fantastic house, location and host

Lots of space for family and friend in quiet neighborhood near tennis, golf and shopping. Shelly the host is very responsive and helpful. Lots of nice extras are included. Definitely hope to stay there again!
