About this property

Dog Friendly, located Between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake with pontoon rentals

Located between Lake Placid and Saranac lake, with Scarface Mountain only 200 yards away as well as entrance to the new rail trail for walking ad biking.. Two bedroom cabin (King and Queen beds) with a large fenced back yard with a fire pit. This house is dog friendly with two large doggie doors to back yard. We do have an additional $75 cleaning fee for dogs. Which is collected outside of the VBRO app.

Lots of parking and additional parking for trailers. A pontoon boat for rent. Nice back yard lounge area and a Barbecue for grilling. The house is located on a main road there will be some road noise. We also offer Pontoon, Kayak, and e-bike rentals. The rail trail is just 1/8 of a mile down the road, with access for biking, skiing or snowmobiling. Plenty of room to park your snowmobiles on the property and have access to miles of groomed trails.
