About this property

Perfectly located between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake, Dog Friendly.

Dog friendly, newly renovated home. Small 2 bedroom home, with large living area. Perfectly placed between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. The house has a private back yard, fully fenced in with a screened in gazebo, lawn furniture, and fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill. A washer and dryer located in the basement.
If you would like to bring your dog, we do have a $75 dog fee. This can be paid through another app or cash left at the house.
The couch pulls out into a queen bed. Additional bedding and extra mattress pad can be provided for a $50 fee. we have 2 other properties both 2 bedroom located right next door, if you are traveling with other families. We offer Pontoon, E-bike, and Kayak rentals for all guest at a discounted rate.

Great getaway spot

We were up for a long weekend with friends and our two beagles and this was the perfect spot. The backyard alone was worth it. More space inside than the photos suggest too. Host was responsive and offered us some great suggestions that were dog friendly.
