Our property is situated in the heart of Tellico Village on Toqua Golf Course. Walk to Clubhouse restaurant, Lake, etc. Nearby walking trails. 3 double bedrooms. 2 bathrooms.
Complete kitchen/appliances. Spa tub in Master. Award winning Wellness Center with indoor pool, saunas and fitness center, beach access, boat and kayak launch, library. Grocery stores, restaurants are all located within a mile or two. Nearby (seasonal) outdoor pools, and 2 other golf courses within the Village.
Super-fast Wi-Fi, Cable with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
25 mins drive to major stores. 40 minutes to Knoxville and 1.5-hour drive to Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Prefer sits of 5 days or longer.

Toqua golf community

Nice location off the 18th tee. Beautiful views and short walk tp the clubhouse for lunch/dinner along with evening activities at the pavilion
