This beautiful newly restored cottage has 2 bedroom and 2 bath. The bedrooms are ground floor and furnished with queen beds & Smart TV’s. There is a living area and kitchen stocked with just about everything you could want, including R.O. drinking water and ice. The upper floor has a cozy sitting area and offers additional space to relax. The cottage has central A/C, forced heat, and soft water for your comfort.

Love this house! Close enough to walk to the beach and to downtown Carpinteria. We didn’t use our car. Many good restaurants and shops. There is everything you need to have a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, toys and even a wagon. Will be coming back to stay in this house again!

Yes, there is shopping nearby. Access to the beach about 2 blocks down from the house. Only downside, there is very narrow steep stairs in the house, to go to the upstairs bedroom.

The house is lovely, comfortable and well supplied with items to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to downtown, the beach and walking/hiking paths. We definitely will stay here again when we are in the area.

Adorable Bungalow, prime location

Property was newly renovated. Super clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds. Cute loft area with 4 twin beds. Easy check in. Two blocks to the beach and town. I’d highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and Updated Beach Cottage

I grew up coming to Carpinteria beach as a kid and wanted to give my children a lasting memory - this cottage helped our family maximize the fun in Carp and had everything we needed - plenty of comfortable and kid-friendly beds, modern furnishings, extra supplies including a beach wagon and towels. Would 10/10 recommend!

Perfect Beach Cottage

The cottage was actually better in person. Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds and very clean. We used the grill for salmon and ate outside. Two block walk to a beautiful beach with very few people. Early morning and sunset Beach walks were the best. 30 minutes ish to Ojai and Santa Barbara. Owner was very helpful with the few questions we had. Highly recommend.

Let’s Do It Again

Great bungalow; completely renovated with high-end style & thoughtful finishes. Well located by main street & beach. Upper level was ideal for children and teens. Two ground level bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was great with adjacent outdoor deck w. gas grill. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for H2Omarking us!
