This peaceful home is the perfect place to rejuvenate after a busy day exploring Syracuse. It is close to all the city has to offer but nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood for a peaceful retreat.

This home consists of a spacious living room complete with a 55" SmartTV and a Pong arcade game, a separate dining space and a fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a separate desk and workspace and the third bedroom as a twin bed with an additional twin trundle bed. There is also a sunroom and sitting area in the back of the home to enjoy sun and fresh air as well as a full set washer and dryer in the basement.

Had a little issue with the check in but other than that everything was great! Host was very accommodating and had the house prepped for any scenario. Definitely would recommend for a house in Syracuse!

Great stay. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location as it was just minutes from Syracuse University and we were dropping our daughter off for college. We live in CA and the host was gracious enough to allow us to ship packages from CA to the home while we were there. The host was very accommodating and answered every question we had quickly. Everything was clean and well kept. My wife said multiple times that we should just stay here every time we are in town. We loved it.

Vicki our host was organized, prompt in response time and very helpful. The home was in a great location, warm and welcoming, the attention to little details were the best! A USA map on the dining room wall to pin where you’re from made it interesting, the video game in living room along with the wooden wall Tic Tac Toe game. Would highly recommend this location to anyone in Syracuse area!!

Property was clean and tidy, well-stocked, just as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable, as were the couch and chairs. Nice big TV, good kitchen, sunporch, nice bedrooms. Our party consisted of two married couples and two small children, and we all had a comfortable stay. Just one bathroom is a bit of a thing when you have a lot of people with you, but the house was so nice it was really a very minor downside. Nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. We couldn't be more pleased, and would be happy to recommend this place to anyone.

Cozy, clean and well-equipped house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the location, which was convenient to all at Syracuse University and easily accessible to downtown. Host Vicki was friendly, responsive and helpful with questions we had. We would rent again.

The house was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. We had a great stay to see a Syracuse men’s’ lacrosse game. The dome is 4 miles away from the house. We hope to come back for another game.

The house was exactly as pictures and very comfortable. The host was communicative and the house was very clean. It was well stocked with ample dishes, towels, etc and the neighborhood quiet was and well located. I would definitely recommend.

This homey, comfortable property is located in a quiet, family neighborhood on a street lined with mature maples, oaks and elms, with a local Coop market only a five minute walk away. The house has been thoughtfully and tastefully updated, yet the circa 1940 character remains in some of the well-preserved details such as certain moldings, original doorknobs, decorative floor grates and what look to be the original wood floors. Communication with Vicki was friendly, timely and detailed. The beds were comfortable, the back porch was especially relaxing and quiet, overlooking a nicely groomed backyard. This was our first stay in Vicki's property. We hope to be back many times over the course of our son's college career if she'll have us. Thank you, Vicki!

Perfect home for what we needed - house was in a great, quiet neighborhood, and just minutes away from campus. Communication with Vicki was great and we didn’t have any issues with checkin or during our stay. The house had everything we needed.

My family of 5 stayed here for Syracuse graduation and everything was perfect! House was spotless, kitchen was equipped, plenty of towels and comfy beds. Neighborhood was very quiet, too. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The host was easy to deal with and very helpful. The house was great and was perfect for our stay when visiting our daughter who is a grad student at the University.

Central and great Home

We had a wonderful time with my family and enjoyed the home. It had everything we possibly needed making our time simply and enjoyable. We definitely come back if we need to stay close to Syracuse University.
