Amazing location and the perfect getaway apartment. Has everything you need. Upstairs gets a little warm during the day but cools off at night. All in all would still recommend to others

This is an amazing place to stay in the heart of downtown Athens. A totally "Go Dawgs" design with very thoughtful attention to detail. My favorite "extra" - the record player that works and a dozen "classic vinyls" to choose from! It is a duplex so you must be comfortable with stairs but I would happily stay here again! There are shops, restaurants and parking all within easy walking distance.

Stayed for parents weekend and loved the location. Perfectly situated in downtown Athens. The condo was nicely equipped and clean. Loved the record player and vinyl available.

Everything was good except the coffee maker was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The location of the apt however was perfect to go get a coffee. Not a deal breaker but would have been convenient to have the option to make.The record player was a nice bonus! We loved putting a record on and browsing through the old UGA yearbooks. Great stay! Would stay again

Fantastic for a date night/weekend

My wife and I stayed here on a Friday night while we were in town to see a show. The location, right in downtown, is fantastic. The property was spotless, furnished with everything we could have needed, and the hosts were very responsive to the few questions we had. We’d love to stay here again.
