Stay in the heart of Leelanau County in this spacious, three-level townhouse that sleeps 11. This is a perfect family getaway at a budget friendly price.

There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the main level. Two of the bedrooms are on the lower level and two on the upper level. All of the bedrooms have connected bathrooms. The walk-out basement patio and main level deck offer scenic views of the former ski hill. There are wall unit air conditioners throughout the townhouse.

There is an outdoor pool available during the summer months.

Located just minutes from Good Harbor Beach on Lake Michigan, 15 minutes to Leland, 15 minutes to Glen Arbor and only 30 minutes to Traverse City.

Friends Getaway Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1st time staying in Cedar, nice area, close to Cedar Polish festival which was our main visit. We were lucky enough to have a driver to have fun downtown Traverse City, & of course the festival. So close to Fishtown & Suttons Bay. Very quiet & clean, not to mention perfect size for 4 couples. We each had our own bedroom with bathrooms. Only negative, no electrical plugs in one bathroom, & appliances like coffee maker, could use an upgrade. The management company also made sure we had all information prior to our check-in. We all agreed we would consider coming back & staying here again.

The size of the property fit us but that’s where it ends. The garbage cans were full. Tile caulk in shower was black. Windows have not been cleaned in a long time. Called the property management twice to come in regards to a broken lock on sliding glass door but no one called back and no one came to fix it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time on our annual girls trip! Easy to book, access the property, and they provided friendly customer service.I only gave 4 out of 5 stars on cleanliness because there was a very noticeable spot/stain on the king mattress sheet, but the place was well maintained overall.
