Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We always want every guest to have the best vacation. We are sorry to hear you had these issues and we have reported them to the homeowner association whom manages the grounds and common areas. Per Florida Law, we are unable to provide any cleaning supplies. However, we do provide a welcome kit with a sponge, dish soap, a packet of dishwasher detergent, and a packet of laundry detergent for our guests’ convenience. There should have also been a roll of paper towels, and two bags per trash can. We encourage our guests to contact us if items are missing. We are sorry this property did not meet your expectations. We invite you to one of our many other vacation rentals at another resort property on your next visit. We hope you give us another chance to earn your loyalty.

Right on the beach

Location was exactly what I wanted. Condo and building was exactly as pictured on VRBO site. Property mgr was responsive if I reached out. Unit was ready before check-in time. Condo was also decent size. Only cons were you do have to drive to go to eat or do anything; we rented a car, so wasn’t a problem for us), and the floor was a bit dirty when walking around barefoot. The building is a bit outdated, but again, it’s what I expected based on pics and description. For the quality of building, I wish it had cost a bit less… but location was fantastic. Fitness room was a lot smaller than expected. And check-in and check-out process was super simple.

Needs a deep cleaning - otherwise Perfect!

Great condo, great view, great location. As others have recently stated this condo needs a deep cleaning - particularly the floors. We didn’t complain while there because a deep cleaning of tile flooring takes some time and we didn’t want that disruption during our stay. Otherwise the condo was nicely appointed, equipped, etc and we very much enjoyed it, the beach, and the convenient location. The property itself could use a facelift in the common hallways but not a big deal as the condo itself (save for needed a deep clean) was very nice.

Jade East seems to be an older property and guests should expect aging and wear. This is not a luxury property and if I were following hotel ratings, this one would be 2 stars. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently, the furnishings look fine although the rug does look dirty, as another reviewer mentioned. The property manager was excellent, the guys that manage the chairs were great and it was nice chairs were included. The beach is lovely and it was nice to have a view. The balcony is small and the chairs on the balcony are starting to wear.

Very displeased. Online description didn’t meet true shape of the rental. Far below excellent. Entire rental In dire need of renovation. None of the doors to exterior properly sealed you could hear and feel air going through bedroom door. Only updated decent room was master bath. Flooring grout throughout needed deep cleaning. Laundry room brooms and mops were filthy. Reached for a towel under sink in master bathroom and lots of water damage and debris. Rug in living room was filthy dirty. Couch was dirty with someone’s hair all over it. Dryer didn’t dry. When trying to use garbage shoot to dispose of trash the opening to shoot was locked and trash was piled up. Very dissatisfied.

As advertised - EXCELLENT!

Great location within the Destin area; close to several family friendly venues. Very, very, very convenient to get down to the beach. Trash cute was cool and they had carts to help with getting everything to/from the room. It’s the little things that matter when you’ve got two little ones under 5. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous condo!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. Very elegant! The view is amazing. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed at 4:00 p.m. when we first got there and the condo building was overrun by students! After they got that situation taken care of it was fine. We ended up cutting our stay short because of the corona virus situation worldwide and we just wanted to be home. Newman-Dailey graciously refunded the remaining amount without us even asking! We would definitely stay again!
