Located downtown just a few blocks off the main path, you’ll have easy access to all the attractions and a quiet street to come home to. With Fox and Fig, a great coffee shop and plant-based restaurant, on the block, you'll have one of the lunch spots just a moment away! -Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can't be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.

-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.

-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.

We cannot accommodate late check-outs and need you to please observe the designated check-out time (10 AM). This is a large property, and the place must be cleaned and readied for the next guest, and our cleaners work on very tight schedules.

-We cannot accommodate early check-ins for the same reason. If you need a place to store your bag before your designated check-in time of (3 PM), you can drop your bags off in the room any time after (12 PM)

-Please always remove shoes in the house. This helps with noise for any guests that may be below you, protects the floors, keeps the home clean, and is a simple rule that helps everyone.

-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Would you please leave the premises if you need to smoke? Savannah is beautiful to walk around.

- We cannot fix or refund any issue not brought to us as it occurs, not after your stay.

- Bath products are for use during your stay and are not to be taken.
