Welcome to your mountain getaway tucked among the pines at Winter Park Resort. This spacious 4-bedroom townhome combines ski-in/ski-out access, a private hot tub, mountain views, and plenty of room for up to 11 guests—making it an ideal home base for family ski trips and year-round mountain adventures.

In winter, access the Corridor ski trail via a short wooded path and stairs, then return home to soak in the private hot tub or warm up around the fireplace. Summer brings hiking, mountain biking, scenic lift rides, and cool Colorado evenings—all right outside your door.

With four bedrooms spread across the upper levels, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to settle in comfortably. The home accommodates up to 11 guests across 5 beds, with 4.5 bathrooms making busy mornings and post-ski evenings easy for larger groups.

Ski-In/Ski-Out Access

Hit the mountain without having to drive and park at the resort. During ski season, the home connects to the Corridor ski trail via a short wooded path with stairs. Because this is trail access rather than slopes directly outside the door, conditions and accessibility are weather dependent.

A free resort shuttle stop is also approximately a quarter mile away for another convenient way to reach the resort and surrounding area.

Relax After the Mountain

After skiing, hiking, or biking, come home and sink into your private outdoor hot tub surrounded by the quiet mountain setting. Inside, gather around the fireplace, make dinner together, or settle in for a relaxing movie night.

Winter Park Friends Getaway

This place was perfect for our group of 11. Kids and adults enjoyed the spaciousness and especially the hot tub after long days of exploring the area. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable.

Great Stay

Excellent layout and accommodations in Winter Park. Very high ceilings as well - the place was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Likewise, it is an easy walk to the Corridor trail which connects Mary Jane's base and the main Village base. Check in/Out was easy and I would absolutely stay here again!

Winter Park family trip

Awesome Family - Ski Trip!

Our first family Skiing Vacation was absolutely awesome! Our Louisiana Family will definitely be back! This home is Beautiful and just minutes away from the Slopes. Our kids had a blast in the snow and the home is perfect just in case your snowed in. We definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Winter Park.

A great choice.

We had a great time. Getting to Corridor is a bit of a hike, but manageable (cutting a single-track trail to ski down at the end of the day would help). We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Great place!

Easy rental, great place. Was unsure of ski in ski out. There’s needs to be a map but we think we found the correct route up a steep hill; inside/outside fireplace wasnt working but didn’t take away from the trip

Not ski in ski out

Beautiful place, well stocked, very clean. But it is not a ski in ski out. It was a 4 or 5 minute hike through the woods mostly uphill, then a climb up 40 steps. Same trail on the way back.

Nicest place we have stayed at.

This is a beautiful 3 level townhouse with bedrooms on 2 levels and lots of stairs. All of bedrooms were quiet, we loved the hot tub. The kitchen is large and well stocked, the grill was great! The garage is large and we were able to park inside. Fair warning to anyone with small children or anyone with mobility or altitude issues, the hike to the Maryjane corridor is long and uphill.

Beautiful place

This was a beautiful properly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the Hottub. Renters need to be aware of two things. First, the townhome has 4 levels and 40+ stairs between the levels. Also to access the ski trail is a hike through the woods then a 5 sets of stairs.

Very Nice Home

Lovely property, well-maintained and provisioned. Clean, light and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Parking adequate for two vehicles on site. Only negative is this property is not what I would label "ski-in, ski-out." The trek from the property to the nearby ski trail is not easy. It is quite a workout. The free Lift bus is a better option to get to the slopes.

Great location

We are a 3 generational family enjoying the area for our first family vacation as one unit. We all enjoyed the setting and amenities. The parking is an issue. There were 3 cars involved in getting us all to Winter Park. Parking was available for two cars. Crazy! The alternate parking was not walkable. The entities in the area need to work out a deal for parking. This was summertime. Parking should not have been an issue. There were plenty of empty spots next to our condo. We had a fun time. A great area for all of us. We would recommend.

Selena- We do have it clear in the listing that there is only parking for 2 cars. Although it is summer we can not have guests parking on other peoples property. There is parking in summer at the resort and paid parking in winter at the Vintage Hotel if you need to bring 3 cars.
