This is a gorgeous 3 car garage Ponderosa built Palm Desert home in a gated community with 2 master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite full bathroom as well as a third bedroom with full guest bath. This corner lot home has a great open floor plan. The 3rd guest suite has a queen mattress as well as a bunk bed on top. The 4th bedroom has been transformed into a custom built office and is equipped with color HP Laser printer and fax.

The great room is spacious and opens to a large fully stocked gourmet kitchen with large island. There is a separate media room for TV and movie viewing. The back yard is very private and spacious with large contemporary custom built pool and spa. This 2800/2900 sqft model home was professionally decorated by the builder and has plenty of upgrades. Close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to Interstate 10. You won't be disappointed when you see all this home has to offer. This home is leased turnkey furnished. Just bring your toothbrush!

A piece of heaven on earth
This home has spoiled me for other rentals. I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment you walk through the door, you realize how special this home is. The owners are sticklers for details. The decor is lovely and well thought out. The rooms are spacious and open, perfect for entertaining if that’s your thing. The kitchen is beyond well stocked, a plus if you enjoy preparing meals. Every amenity is at your fingertips, which is an extension of your hosts aesthetics. They have large and lovely bathroom suites, with large plush towels, high end toiletries, luxurious linens, all of which you feel as though you are in a 5 star hotel. They have a sound system throughout and banks of lights that dim and can change colours. And all this before you ever stepped out the sliding doors that open to patio. You have your very own saline pool and spa, with lighted fire bowls with cascading water to soothe the body and spirit, fire pit, multiple lounging areas and a shaded area with dinning table and chairs. It’s your very own oasis. The owners are so responsive to your needs and easily reachable it you have a question. I have stayed in this home for several years and have always felt welcomed and cared for. I admit I can be picky. I like what I like. Believe me when I tell you, this home has it all.

Ponderosa on Matisse Drive
We found this home to be one of the finest places we have ever stayed. The kitchen is fully stocked plus most anything you need is there, just like home. We as others leave non perishable kitchen foods, spices, jam, etc., unopened for the next visitors, even leave wine and liquor. It seems all the tenants that stayed before us do the same which makes this place even more special and unique. The owners Alan and Brett make it feel like you are family and we appreciate all that they do to keep the home in top notch shape. Can’t say enough but could easily ramble on. Just a magical place that makes you want to come back again and again.

Perfect Palm Desert Rental
This year was the 4th year that my wife and I had the privilege of spending time in this home. It is just right for our needs since we do have guests staying with us at various times and the home accommodates another couple very nicely. Not only is there a second master suite but the garage is large enough to hold two cars very easily. We can't say enough about how well the home is equipped from modern technology to a kitchen with everything one would need for an extended stay. Our stays have varied in length from 3 months to 5 weeks and we are hoping to spend 6 weeks next season.
