The main level of the home boasts an beautifully designed kitchen that perfectly flows into the elegant dining room. From here you will find one of the three living areas that overlooks the lush lawn. The light and bright master bedroom with king bed will have a full size master bathroom with walk in shower and direct access to the backyard.

The second level of the home highlights another living area with comfortable seating and an additional five bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms either have a private attached bathroom or direct access to a jack and jill bathroom (see full bedroom/bathroom details below). Immaculately decorated in coastal decor, the seaside will be calling your name from every room.

For members of the family who like to have space of their own, the lower level is the ideal place to be. With its own living area, queen bedroom and full size bathroom with walk in shower, it is the perfect solution for those who prefer more privacy. There is also another full size washer/dryer (the other set is located on the main level).

As breathtaking as the interior is in this exquisite home, the manicured yard and in-ground heated pool is where you will want to spend your warm summer days. The back yard is perfect for enjoying the best outdoor summer breezes. You can choose to relax in the sun along the pool deck or jump right in to cool off. If you need a place to lounge out of the sun, the fully equipped cabana house will not disappoint. With pleasant seating, kitchenette, half bathroom and TV, you may not want to leave this inviting spot. Open up the slider doors and you will be greeted by the counter height bar with plentiful seating by the pool.

Located just down the road from one of the most sought after spots on the Cape, Sesuit Harbor! Whether you want to have brunch, enjoy a sunset dinner or take a Cocktail Cruise, Sesuit Harbor is the perfect setting and a "Go to Spot" when you visit.

If you feel like exploring and can tear yourself away from the pool, the popular Bayside beaches are located just down the road. Harborview Beach is a quick walk from the home (.4 mile), Corporation Beach (2.5 miles) and the very sought after Mayflower Beach (3.6 miles) are waiting for you to catch a lovely sunset!


Beach Note: Harborview Beach is a Resident Only Beach. Although you are welcome to walk to this beach or drop off, you will not be able to park a vehicle unless you have a Resident Parking sticker.
