About this property

This spectacular ocean front luxury home has a private beach and over 5500 square feet of living space. The home features a first floor and a second floor master suite, two additional bedrooms that share an attached bath and a third floor bunk room. There is plenty of space for the whole family with a beach-front great room, media room, game room, laundry room, beach front deck and whole house sound system. There is a workout room with weights, a squat rack, Concept2 rower and stationary bike.
The home is located on the best stretch of private beach on the north side of Cape Cod and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. The home is undoubtedly the finest vacation rental in the area. This is NOT a typical Cape Cod cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped for a professional chef and the home includes fine furniture and art work, all cotton linens and towels. Everything you need for fun at the beach is there: Kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, games and toys. The beach front deck is great for lounging throughout the day as well for enjoying the amazing sunrise in the morning and the spectacular sunset at dusk. This vacation property has all the amenities of your own home combined with unparalleled ocean views from every room in a private beachfront setting. Guests say the beach and home are so nice they never want to leave the property during their stay!

Amazing time!

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The location of this house is truly amazing. The kids played on the beach all day every day. The water was calm and wonderful. The home was very well appointed and had room for everyone. We look forward to returning!

Awesome house and location!

We were celebrating our Mom's 75th birthday and could not have asked for a better house or location. The house was clean, roomy and located right on the beach! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Todd!!

Great Stay!!

Our stay at this beach house was awesome! From the very beginning the communication with Todd was great. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for our large family. The access to our private beach was the icing on the cake! We loved every second of our time there and would highly recommend it.
