Angel Inn the Sand is a Beach front, Ocean Front Property in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Florida, about 20 minutes south of Daytona Beach and 1 hour east, northeast of Orlando. Angel Inn the Sand offers a relaxing atmosphere for your next vacation, long weekend get-away, or seasonal stay. We have many returning guests so our calendar for Winter and Summer fills up about 8-12 months in advance for popular times!

We are now advertising each individual unit and you can book online via Home Away and VRBO! This allows for almost instant booking (24 hours) with up-to-date calendars and ease of payments. We still rent both the entire house and individual units. To view the entire house rental please refer to Home Away listing ##374073 for it's availability.

This listing is for the FISH Unit located upstairs north. FISH Unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath that is very spacious @ 1250 sq. ft! Much larger than any condo you will find on the beach.

We offer a full kitchen stocked with basic sugar, spices, etc. Our dining area seats 4-6 people. The living room has a giant picture window facing the north with beautiful views and the entire living room opens up to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with large sliding glass doors to our outdoor balcony which has comfortable seating and outdoor dining tables & chairs.

The bedrooms are set up as 1 king room with a detached bathroom and the second back bedroom has two queen size beds with an ensuite bathroom. We supply comfortable, soft linens and hotel quality towels, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers and irons.

One of the best amenities is that you can walk directly onto the beach from the back patio. We also provide a variety of beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels located in the shared laundry facility. The greatest amenity is the beach front location, with the world's most beautiful beach at your doorstep.
We also have some covered parking in our large parking lot.

Other amenities include flat screen TV’s with Direct TV and complimentary wireless internet.
We are walking distance to Flagler Avenue which is the most popular destination in New Smyrna with shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques located just .08 miles from our door. Rent bikes or golf carts to ride on the beach, golf, fish, surf lessons, we have it all! Just enjoy your stay!

Most of the year we offer a 3-night stay however end of May to mid-August we implement 7-night stay with Saturday to Saturday turnover.

Please note you must be 25 years or older to rent and stay at our house, proof of age may be required. We ask that you do not leave unattended children overnight at our property. We are a family owned and operated business.

Whether you want a relaxing weekend getaway or the perfect family reunion Angel Inn the Sand is the perfect location and one of the most affordable beach front properties in New Smyrna Beach!

We also offer up to 6-weeks stay & monthly rentals from January to April for those wanting the perfect get-away from the cold!

This listing is only for the FISH unit which is located on the upstairs North side of the house. We have 4 individual units in the house please refer to their listings if this one is not available.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time is 11 am. On your checkout day please take all garbage to the cans by the street. Remove used sheets & pillow cases from the beds and place them in the tubs with all used towels.
Please leave bedding quilts and blankets on the bed. Please wash any dishes you may have used & make sure TV remotes are placed by each TV. Remember to check for personal belongings!
We do have a gratuity envelope for our housekeepers as they work hard to help make our Angel Inn clean and comfortable for your stay so don't forget about them! Turn AC to 76 & place keys in lockbox!

Very pleased to have found this lovely beach house and pet friendly place. Location was great with gorgeous ocean and beach views. Amazing Place

We have rented many beachfront places in NSB and have enjoyed each of them. However the Angel Inn the Sand by far is our new favorite! The Fish Unit (2nd floor) was amazing. The view from the living room is what you hope for in a beachfront getaway. The unit has all the amenities you need and is super spacious. Looking forward to our next stay.

Awesome stay. Can't get any closer to the beach!

So lucky to get this nearly last minute stay right on the beach to celebrate family member's birthday. This place was well appointed and views were great. The dogs loved it and did fine walking outside. Parking was good since not everyone had more than one car when we stayed. We come to NSB a lot and more than a few friends had noticed this place but usually it is booked. Definitely on the list for repeat visits.

The rental unit was very comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable also and I'd recommend the rental to friends. Walk distance to many restaurants/shops if that's what you're interested in. It's been undated quite a bit and looks very nice. Few minor issues: no dishwasher (I didn't read amenities closely enough to realize that) and weather stripping around exterior doors needs replacing.

Great location and ocean views!

The location can’t be beat for beach access, as long as you don’t mind the cars on the beach. It was an easy 10 minute walk up the beach to Flagler Avenue. The unit has beautiful big windows, looking right out to the beach and ocean. We really enjoyed the deck and large living room. The bedrooms were nice sized. The bathrooms were a bit run down but clean and totally usable. Overall, great place to stay for a beach trip with family and friends.

A Little Piece of Heaven

We couldn’t ask for a more ideal place to be “stuck” during the pandemic. We’ve extended our stay indefinitely. Sun and walking the beach sure helps morale. Teri has been very responsive to our requests. We’ve already booked for 2021.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Angel Inn the Sand and highly recommend it. Our unit (Fish) was very clean and large, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the location and view couldn’t have been better. Lots of fun artwork throughout the condo. We found the owners to be friendly and communicative. It was clear they have put in a lot of effort (and money) to upgrade the Inn since they purchased it last year and are committed to ensuring their guests an enjoyable stay. We hope to return.

We got married at Angel Inn the Sand shortly after purchasing the property in October 2013. We hope to one day live at this location but in the meantime we want to share the spectacular views and beautiful sunrises with all that stay with us as our guests.

We bought this property to share the ocean views with everyone that visits. The best part of the house are the views and being located right on the beach. It's an amazing place to stay!! We live in New Smyrna Beach and love being part of the Small Business Community!

What makes this property unique

The house itself is so unique and special....you will just have to come stay and see for yourself! The views are spectacular and we allow you to bring your pet family as well. We don't go anywhere without ours and would not expect you to either!
