Super convenient, great host

One block from La Placita, short walks to restaurant, beach, and night life. Host Sylvia was very communicative and helpful, even working with us on a holiday weekend to figure out how we could unclog a drain. Apartment is a good size, beds comfortable, and AC cold. Could easily accommodate two couples. Had a great stay and would stay there again!

I love discovering new things and places. Getting in my car and just driving to see where the road takes me is not unusual for me. Meeting people from different places and doing all I can to make sure they enjoy their stay is what I love about hosting.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is the true meaning of hybrid for me. During the day it's a normal community with a great outdoor fruit and vegetable market (La Placita), then at night it transforms into a lively, music-filled atmosphere boasting of many restaurants. And being very involved in art communities, I loved that it's the center of the art world in Puerto Rico.

What makes this property unique

It's walking distance to to La Placita, cinema, beah and the art scene. It's a short drive to Old San Juan, El Junque, Condado and many other must see locations.
