Red Rocks Concert Weekend

I cannot say enough about how great our stay was…from booking to check out was smooth!The property was exactly as listed and our host, Diane was always easy to contact/responded quickly…there was not a thing she did not have for us including-coffee/creamer/coffee syrups/tea, which made our start to the day wonderful. Comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels, all shower essentials…great location-walk to all restaurants in town-easy 15 minute uber to venue and 30 minutes from airport! Highly recommend and will def stay again!

Excellent communication! Home was very clean, has comfortable furniture, was well stocked with pantry items and thoughtful provisions, as well as plenty of high quality towels! Diane was incredibly helpful before and during our trip, giving local suggestions. Check-in and out was very easy and convenient. Nice location within a short walk to a fun street of restaurants and shops.

Great stay

We had a wonderful experience in Arvada! This house has everything you could possibly need and then some. The location is great. There are so many fun bars and restaurants a short walk away. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner responded right away when we had a question and was very helpful. The beds are very comfortable too. I highly recommend this property!

This place was very clean and well stocked. Great location just a short walk from tons of restaurants. We came to town for a concert and it was only about 20 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. It is located on a fairly busy street so if street sounds bother you (I live in the city so I didn't mind), I recommend bringing a white noise machine. The owner was super responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and she came right over to let us back in. We had a great experience and would stay again.

Perfection! The home is beautifully decorated and had all the supplies you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The home is walking distance to train, restaurants and shops. There was a special gift waiting for us which was so sweet! I accidentally locked myself out and the owner was there in just a few minutes to help me. Note for future renters…do not lock the inside lock when you leave. 😀. I will definitely be renting here again! Thank you Diane!!

Couldn’t have been better!

This terrific rental had everything we could possibly want. The kitchen was better appointed than my own at home. Seriously! Newly remodeled in a truly beautiful aesthetic, the furnishings were comfortable, the air conditioning was stellar, and the hosts were responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The location was close to Olde Town Arvada, which was quite charming, and the hosts’ recommendations for restaurants were spot-on. Although within walking distance, we drove most of the time because it was either 95 degrees out, or storming. The beds were super comfy, there was a full-size washer and dryer set, with supplies, and the whole place was as neat as a pin. I highly recommend it!

We chose this neighborhood for the proximity to Olde Town Arvada shops, restaurants, Light Rail and businesses. We also chose it because of the Ralston Road revitalization project that has been happening for the past 3 years. There is so much to do within walking distance to our house.

What makes this property unique

While our property is on the smaller side, the space is used incredibly well and it feels inviting, cozy and liveable. Our property is well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We believe in treating our guests the way we would like to be treated.
