After an eight-hour drive, arriving to a home that was not guest-ready is understandably upsetting, and we sincerely regret that this happened. This was not reflective of the standard we hold ourselves to at Coastline Condos. Our team’s priority in a cleanliness concern is to acknowledge the issue quickly, offer prompt solutions, and help get the guest’s vacation back on track. In this case, the cleaning schedule was missed, and we take full responsibility for that error. We immediately offered an alternative clean property as a solution, and when that option was declined, we issued a full refund for the reservation. While we are disappointed we did not have the opportunity to host you in one of our prepared homes, we completely understand your frustration and apologize again for the inconvenience this caused. We have reviewed this situation internally with our housekeeping process to help ensure this does not happen again. Cleanliness and guest readiness are extremely important to us, and this experience does not represent the level of care our guests can typically expect from Coastline Condos.
