Incredible 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Catalina Cottage 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, walking distance to everything! All the comforts of home! The kitchen has everything you need to entertain guests. Each bedroom has a TV with netflix, clothes dresser and queen size beds. Internet access, central heating, hall A/C unit, ceiling fans and fans in every room, bed linens, towels, beach chairs and more. The home has a wonderful island beach house charm and is light and bright. Extensive use of tile throughout and island decor make this home a special place!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please have all dishes, pots and pans washed and put away in the cabinets. All trash cans are to be emptied and All trash to be deposited within the trash cans on the non-beach side of the house.
The maid will clean all bedding and towels. Sheets can be left on the beds, for the maids. Please place soiled towels on the floor in front of the washing machine downstairs.
Please make sure all remote controls for TV and Roku are in correct rooms, 2 keys on counter, turn off all lights, close all windows and lock all doors, replacing the key in the side door keysafe.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet street at night but close enough to all the action during the day to pop in and out between activities. Cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Highest possible recommendation.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house had everything we needed for a girls' getaway. It was very spacious and conveniently close to stores and restaurants. The host was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Great place and great service!

This was a great experience…the property was clean and well prepared and the owner communicated well throughout the process. I’ve stayed at a lot of Catalina places over the years…many do not take pride in their property…that is not the case here. I’d recommend it.

Great stay for our family!

This lovely home in a nice neighborhood came with lots of little extra touches; all the basics and more stocked in the kitchen, USB & USBC cables and USB ports in some outlets, non-slip shower mats, beach chairs and inflatable floats which we were encouraged to use, and A/C, which is rare in Catalina cottages. The cottage was clean, bright and airy, with two very comfortable seating areas. This is obviously someone's cherished home and we're glad they allowed us to stay. We'll definitely look here first for future stays.
