About this property

Great Community, amazing private pool, near Disney!

This 5/3 vacation home is located at Citrus Ridge Community, a great looking single story home with an open floor plan that will make you feel like home.

The living room is spacious with comfortable seating a 55” TV with a view to the pool area.
Our Kitchen is fully equipped with a regular coffee pot, blender, pots, and pans, dishwasher, flatware, wine glasses, plenty of dishes, knives, etc. etc., etc...
We have two master bedrooms with a King bed, tv and private bathroom each. Third bedroom comes with a beautiful mermaid decoration and 2 twin beds. The forth bedroom comes with 2 twin beds and an exquisite justice league decoration, and last but not least our last bedroom that will take you to an aquarium adventure and comes with a bunkbed.

AMAZING POOL to enjoy with the family and friends!!!

Located in the heart of Davenport with easy access to attractions, major roads, schools shopping and more.

Washer and dryer facilities are included.

Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
NO landline phone is provided

BBQ grill is an additional fees.
No pool heat available.

We booked this property last minute due to our original booking being cancelled by the host. Had to chase a few times for check in details but nothing really problematic. House not the best. Quite dirty in places. Lots of damage from previous guests including light fittings, shower (which was fixed), damage to walls etc. To be honest this property would be amazing if given a little TLC. The area is fab, the property a good size but it’s just not been well looked after or maintained. Everywhere needs fresh lick of paint and a good deep clean. Air con works great but dirty, vents all dirty and need a clean, pool great but needs a good clean, crockery etc all a bit grimy and needed washing. Good supply of towels and clean bed linen though. Great location and quiet.

The house was very spacious for our needs. There were a few little things that the host was willing to correct. Overall, a good place to stay.

The pool was nice and clean.Host answered all my questions with a quick response. Easy check-in. Great instructions.. nice neighborhood great location. Front door was dirty the first master bedroom mattress need to be replaced very squeaky. You can hear the boards under the mattress need to be replaced. In the first master bathroom, there’s no counter space. The door doesn’t close and lock. One lamp was broken. The blinds did not work. The second master bathroom, the door get jammed the showerhead holder was broken, the TV remote back was missing and the bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The kitchen need pots and pans replaced kitchen chairs was broken. The lights in the kitchen is very dim found two roaches crawling on the kitchen counter, so I’m sure if I found two I know it’s more we was very cautious. The AC is set on 72 all day all night. It gets hot at night but cool during the day. It was great that they had one fan in the master bedroom closet that was a plus for me. The living room blinds was broken. The sliding door to the pool is jammed on one side, the other three rooms, love the way that they were set up the switch for the ceiling fans that helps with the light and the fan was broken for the light one of the lights in one of the bedrooms was broken. The glass was broken on it. The baseboards throughout the whole house was nasty and disgusting. Could use a little cleaning,overall, the house was OK just need some updating a pest control. Burn marks in kitchen

The pool was kind of dirty but the kids enjoyed it. There where a few blemishes but nothing to bad that ruined our stay. It was far better then the house we rented last summer.
