Great Stay!

We were in N Myrtle Beach to attend a wedding and decided to stay on the beach for a mini-vacation. The condo was spacious and nice. We enjoyed being able to stay right on the beach.

Family Beach Trip

Access to beach and complex pool very convenient. Great for a toddler. Private beach chair rentals (separate cost) made for a guaranteed spot on the beach. Excellent restaurants and entertainment near by.

Memorial Day

The place was beachfront and had lots of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was a nice place to stay. The kitchen utensils and dishes were not all clean and we had to wash them again. All in all we enjoyed our stay there. I would recommend it.

Family Vacation

The condo was exactly as shown/described. We had six adults and one baby. Everything was lovely. We would definitely consider going to this property again and would recommend it to family and friends. There are restaurants close enough to walk to and a grocery 0.6 miles away.

Ocean View

Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable although there were no extra blankets. Location was good. Pictures made it seem bigger than it actually was, but we still had plenty of space. The carpet was a turn off in the living room and bedrooms. There also wasn’t any beach items (chairs, umbrella etc.) would be nice to have a couple items especially for people who are flying in that can’t bring that stuff. Overall good stay!

HOA ruined trip

I will never rent from a place that has an HOA, they literally had people policing the pool, not to keep us safe but to call in any and all reports to HOA, I cant believe it is better to bring sandy chairs into the nice condo rather than leave them out in hall where nobody from the street or beach can see them....also we had to park our car 15 minues away becasue the HOA only allowed two cars per condo...do better, check on the condos that only have one car and offer those that have family coming from 3 different states and cannot ride in same care, the option of having a third car. I hated the overall icky feeling I got from the HOA!

We value feedback from our guest, in order to make changes and improvements as necessary. However this review seems more emotionally driven concerning items that are out of our control or information disregarded prior to arriving at the property. The HOA makes rules and guidelines for how the property is governed. Pool bands are provided due to security guarding the pool assets of the building. It very common if a pool does not have security, it will be overrun by beach goers not staying at the property, reducing the ability for the guest of the property to use the amenities. The number of parking spaces are disclosed during the reservation process. The number of passes are based on the number of units in the building and size of the unit, unfortunately they do not create new parking spaces on demand base on each person individual requests. (we wish they could). Again we would like to take this review response to encourage guest to review the reservation information provided before arrival to reduce possible frustrations.
