Welcome to your home away from home at this gorgeous, fully updated ground-level condo in Bernard's Landing at Smith Mountain Lake! Being on the ground level means you can easily access the water/docks just a few steps off the back patio. This is one of the closest condos to the water anywhere on the lake! The primary suite features a king-sized bed and private bath with a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower with sliding glass doors. The other bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with an additional pull-out twin trundle mattress below. The gorgeous kitchen has everything you need for your stay. In addition to new stainless appliances, this unit provides an air fryer, countertop ice maker, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, coffee maker/Keurig machine, plates, cups, and utensils. The comfortable living room is tastefully decorated and features a sleeper sofa as an additional sleeping option. There are two ROKU smart TVs that allow you to log in to your streaming services. Cable TV and wifi are provided. A retro gaming console is connected to the living room TV with over 10,000 games to play. The unit also has a washer & dryer available for your use. Linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels are all provided for convenience. The rear patio, which is just steps away from the water, provides a table with chairs and an electric grill for guests' use. Bernard's Landing is absolutely the best place to stay on the lake! Its centralized location is ideal for exploring the lake in all directions. The beauty and amenities offered by Bernard's Landing are unmatched anywhere else on the lake. Included with your stay, you will have access to 3 pools (1 indoor & 2 outdoor, which are seasonal dependant), a hot tub, steam room, sauna, indoor racquetball court, fitness center, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, multiple beaches, and numerous courtesy docks. The community offers a private boat ramp and trailer parking for guests for a small daily fee. Boats are also available to rent through Bernard's Boat Rentals if needed. Bernard's Landing is also home to the best restaurant/bar on the lake (Napoli By The Lake). Bernard's Landing is 72 acres of meticulously manicured grounds with breathtaking views of Smith Mountain. It also features multiple conference centers, making it a premier location for weddings and events.

We had a great stay. Super convenient to the Marina and for boating up to the condo for lunch etc. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. Would highly recommend for an easy family or friend getaway.

Our daughter attends Liberty University, so we picked her up and then spent a long weekend here. Great alternative to the busy parent weekend on campus. Beautiful view and hiking close by or you can just enjoy time lakeside. The property has everything you could possibly want. The kitchen is extremely well stocked as well as all the little extras you could need throughout the condo. Plenty of blankets, towels, and even shampoos and body wash. These hosts have thought of everything. Beds were comfortable and decor is very welcoming. We enjoyed the beautiful view of Lake morning and evening from the patio. The community amenities were great. We enjoyed basketball, pickleball, hot tub and the pool. The host was extremely responsive regarding any questions we had. I highly recommend and hope we can come back soon!

Best among the best. We have stayed at Bernard's multiple times, in multiple buildings/condos and this one is by far our new favorite. The condo has absolutely everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Kurig/coffee maker, towels, pillows, coffee pods, dishwasher and clothes washer pods, toaster, pots, pans, silverware, cups etc. etc. it's all there so you dont have to haul it in yourself! The owners have thought of just about everything! The condo was super clean and modern, great pressure in the showers, I think you get the point! Outside: I could sit on the patio all day, every day!! Lots of seating, an electric blackstone, and cool string lighting makes it a great hangout. Literally steps from the dock and small beach with absolutely perfect views out over beautiful Smith Mountain Lake. Even with the water level down our 23' boat had no problem docking at the slips right in front of the condo with 9' of water off the stern. Short paddle on our paddle boards out to Ribbit Island as well. The only disappointing part of this stay was leaving!!!!

This place was super-clean. The view is AMAZING! VRBO messed up a reservation, and so we scrambled to find this reservation, and so glad we did. Ben was gracious to accommodate a very last-minute reservation. Communication was fantastic. Highly recommend you stay at this condo. Exceeded our expectations. They've thought of everything!

Great Stay

Beautiful and fun little get away!

The property was beautiful and very clean! Me and my kids had a funny mini getaway for spring break and took walks out by the lake and enjoyed the indoor pool! We really want to come back for summer for more fun!
