Wonderful place; location just outside busy downtown but close to shopping and views
Location was excellent and nice apartment. Our only concerns were the cleanliness and dishwasher leaked, plus no wifi on first floor (1 of 2 bedrooms). Could use an upgrade on kitchen equipment (fry pans, extra cutlery and plates, etc)

Property in a good location, in walking distance of the centre and Croke Park. The bedrooms quiet and very comfortable beds. However, very disappointed with the property as it required lots of maintenance and there were issues with cleanliness and missing items too. I contacted the owner advising him of the problems and in good faith telling him of a broken coffee table that had been pieced together, subsequently falling apart when I moved it. He provided missing items but has since accused me of breaking the table and charging me for it! Beware, the flat is unsafe too, as the downstairs safety catch on bedroom window is broken, allowing the window to open fully (a child could fall or climb out). The fire door to this room has a split edge so is not fit for purpose. The entrance door to the property handle comes away when trying to close the door making it extremely difficult to use, and the balcony door would not lock internally. The cleanliness standard in the bathrooms and the bedding was very good, however the kitchen sink and oven were dirty and it was very dusty and dirty under furniture in the living room (most probably why the key holder/cleaner were unaware of the broken table as not moved for cleaning!) No information pack to advise how to dispose of rubbish, fire escape and general emergency information that I would normally expect). The property listing mentions a hot tub which does not exist, and there are varied check in times within the listing?
Check- In, Lage und Empfang waren einfach grossartig. Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr zu empfehlen im Gegensatz zu den Betonstrandbauten. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und alles ist fussläufig erreichbar.
